This is a pretty damn good deal on a power reclining faux leather sectional. I bought one similar to this for 2800 and thought that was a decent deal.

I don't think this is faux leather, listing says top grain leather and reviews are great, so that's even better.

This has total 5 pieces including center piece. It's up to you if you don't want to connect all pieces. So yes if you remove center piece then you can use the other two as theatre seating in two rows.
