My first grader loves these books - got them at a higher price when they ordered from Scholastic for their classroom so this is a good deal IMO.

My kids stumbled into the library and live them. They're good. They're also laid out more like a graphic novel, so it's exposed them to something a bit different

My daughter (5yo) loves theseā€¦ I found them when looking for a series that used comic book layouts for kids.. hoping to spark some interest in comics I guess? Captain underpants came next and was also a big hit.
