Some GS only give out 1 per customer. Some GS only get like 10 per store, and only 10 people get them. Some GS get like 500, but then give out like 30 per customer. Some GS have employees who steal all of them to sell on ebay later. Some GS don't even get any.
I hate these giveaways, they're the biggest YMMV thing ever.
