I wonder if you get new pads with a refurbished. I don't think I would want to buy a used set of pads that someone else wore.

They state that all products have been professionally checked. For me I've received plastic wrapped new pads

It looks like brand new pads too me. I didn't see any lint or ANYTHING off at all.
