BE AWARE!!! The seller is engaged in BAIT and
SWITCH! First, they cancelled my original order
with the reason buyer asked to cancel, which was
not true. Then, they admitted the cancellation was
their fault. (However, now it is clear that this was
done so that I could not leave a feedback.) As a
resolution, they asked me to repurchase the same
item at the current price and they promised to
honor the original price. Now they argue the two
items are not the same when all is identical.

isnt this better than the last FP deal which was the animal for like $311 and the torque for around $360 or something

Note, huge hit or miss on Dyson refurbs. And battery is almost guaranteed to die on year 3+, otherwise not a bad deal

Have you bought Dyson refurbs or just heard from others? Obv a hit would be getting something that looks and works as new for less, what are some of the misses you've seen other than battery longevity?

quick google search says the + version is a costco version and has a couple diff tools. I didnt care enough about the tools to lookup exactly which, they seem to have about the same number of them.

Yes, a handheld and a ball. The ball is a tank, but it's going on year 2. The handheld can hold a charge for maybe a minute, been like that for a while. My GFs handheld was the same

Yes. It's certainly louder with the normal head, but it works fine. Rarely use the fluffy head.

Ifixit has replacement batteries and instructions on their website for dyson vacuums. I've bought and replaced one and it works great. Going on over a year with it, without any problems or degradation of battery.
