I was able to use the Amex offer with a coupon I'd received from a previous order. The coupon didn't work with the Amex link, but when I used another browser, the coupon worked and credit followed. 6 bottles for $7.
Placed an order from OP link on Friday night , but still no 'great news' email. Called Amex. The first guy was clueless , told me that I purchased from the wrong site - supposed to be Wine Insiders , not 'HEMISPHERE - WINE INSIDERS' as its billed..
The second one told me to wait until charge is posted (its still pending right now) and then call back and request an investigation (?) on this matter. Not a happy camper, deffinetly will not place a second order..

Excellent deal whether you use PayPal or Amex promo. I used both - 15 bottles of red with PayPal for $64 plus tax , 6 bottles of Mediterranean Red for $10 and another 6 bottles of Red for $10 with Amex promo. So for a total of $84 plus tax , I get 27 bottles of Red wine. Not bad at all…

I'm having same problem. The WSJ wines worked no issue and wine insiders didn't work.
As I recall from the last time, I was warned I wouldn't get the credit, ignored the advice, and didn't get the credit. So, I would be very careful buying any of the promos from this site until someone confirms they got the credit.
I 2nd this. It's a crapshoot how wine insider reports the transaction to Amex. I made two purchases last time through the correct link and they only reported one correctly to Amex. I had to jump through hoops to get the 2nd credit.
Thanks but did you get great news email from amex?
I got the great news email when paying through PayPal, but like others, the payment has now posted, and no credit given by Amex whereas on the first purchase, the credit was applied almost right away. I am going to see if I can refuse the shipment

Did you eventually get it? I am going to try to fight them.. kinda bullshit..

It says you have to purchase from "www.wineinsiders.com/amex" [wineinsiders.com] to qualify but the $45 promos are not found under that.
