I'd wait for a Duet 5 sale over this. It's been about this price, more portable, better screen, detachable keyboard, same pen input.

On the other hand, this 2-in1 design is a lot more stable sitting on your lap in an airplane, the keyboard is illuminated (and a lot better), the Ryzen 3 is faster and more Linux compatible, it has a PCle SSD instead of EMMC storage and two more USB slots...so a better choice for some.

I have the Duet 5 and the Ryzen 5 version of this C13 and think the screens are both great. If you are using the keyboard a lot this is a better choice and I like the fact the stylus docks inside. It is of course a lot heavier than the Duet. Its about 3.3 LBS compared to 2.4 for the duet with keyboard/pen.

If it wasn't soldered in I think more people would be all over this. I've read that 4Gb should be sufficient for light use. Using Android apps can eat your RAM usage and you'll bottleneck.

I got the $150 deal, and while the laptop looks great, it freezes up often and I have to reboot. Is this a problem with all Lenovo's, just Lenovo Chromebooks, or just that particular chromebook?

I have the same one. Same issue, but it only it happens if I have to many tabs open in Chrome.

I love the $150 version of this chromebook. high quality all around. screen seems brighter than the 300 nits that they advertised. the pen works surprisingly well too.

don't compare this to other cheap chromebooks, this is much better than average!

Do you have any idea if it does this on the Lenovo PCs as well? I'm considering an IdeaPad 3 Windows laptop, but the freezing up on my chromebook worries me. I also have an older Lenovo 2-in-1 Chromebook that freezes up a little, not nearly as much as the new one, and it didn't start doing that until it was couple of years old.

Me too. I just gotta learn its limits. If I take it easy on it... It doesn't do too bad... But it's just a Chromebook
