it does not but the gift card in the email comes thru in couple weeks after order delivery. for peace of mind, i usually take screen shots of the ordering page showing the gift card offer.

Ordered this without the gift card a few days ago to use the dell offer with Amex.

1. Will Dell still give me the gift card (like a price match)
2. If I order again, and return the other one, will I still get the Amex offer?

Doubtful for 1 (you can try and be a datapoint, hopefully I'm wrong), almost guaranteed for 2 as long as the order ships / charge posts by the expiration date and youve met the criteria of spending a net of 100 during the offer period without returning anything to drop you below that..
