Apparently a reseller but use the ebay code countdown22 bring it down below the msrp, so I still decide to share it.
Just noticed it includes the splatoon 3 game, solid deal then.

I wouldn't say doesn't have a warranty, Nintendo can usually give you the warranty date, just say console was a gift, I've never had to send in a receipt for repairs with Nintendo under-warranty repairs.

We're buying a Switch OLED for the office - any reason to not buy this one? Other than I assume this has no warranty it seems like a really great deal.

I wonder if this is a US model? I know the deal yesterday from the same seller was the Japanese model. I sent the seller a message asking. I'll update when I get a reply.
