There is also a risk of not getting $120 back as DELL is very likely delay your shipping.
I have an order placed on Oct 12, which was expected to be delivered on Oct 17. However, it is now still in production! and I don't know when DELL will ship it!
I feel that DELL delays the shipping intentionally to avoid paying the promotion.
