You're going really hard on someone who just asked a question on whether or not this would be useful. They admitted their inexperience, yet you seem to want to harp on them for asking the question

Why do you think you're doing that? What is motivating you internally? It surely doesn't help anyone nor does it make anyone feel better. What's in it for you?

fyi: its for the vst plugin, a virtual instrument you use thru supported daw software ... not the ios app. nearly 1GB in size

It's not required to put in anyways but why the hell would they ask for a Tax Number on checkout? Is that like giving them your SSN?
Ofc I put in fake info aside from a side email I use while leaving the Tax Number field empty.

Yet I hope any poor soul who thinks they should put in real info doesn't fall for it for this Windows app. It doesn't seem it tries to verify any info anyways.

It's not required to put in anyways but why the hell would they ask for a Tax Number on checkout? Is that like giving them your SSN?
Ofc I put in fake info aside from a side email I use while leaving the Tax Number field empty.

Yet I hope any poor soul who thinks they should put in real info doesn't fall for it for this Windows app. It doesn't seem it tries to verify any info anyways.

If you're a professional musician then they likely have pricing for that or for the forms for you to write off the purchase. (Assuming they're legit site… I didn't go to the page to take a look.)

I'm not even a voice actor, I've been told my entire adult life that I have a great voice for radio or voice acting. I just thought maybe this would help me get started with it
