Secondipity had their own non-ebay-related shopping cart site that they dont have to pay ebay fees on. it was 222$ for XM5 and 159$ for XM4 on 12 Oct , I expect it to happen again in the future though

Secondipity site has only a 90 day warranty on their recent deal while the eBay store had 2 year warranty. Just something to keep an eye on if you are worried about build and battery longevity.
