The "Questions & Answers" section has the answer. Apparently, these come as a 2-pack as shown in the second image. But this is a promotion of two 2-packs....so total of 4-packs. Sounds like a deal!

No, they are 10x11 and 3" deep. Looking at the picture of a man holding two cases together seems like one case is 3" deep and another around 4".
