Because those various platforms are not free, and you likely need multiples of them to view the movies you want to watch each month. Also, you own these discs, and they won't be removed, edited, or change streaming services if they are in your collection. And you get a better picture / audio from a disc, generally.

I think those platforms require you to pay a fee every month. Physical discs also give you the highest possible video and audio quality and also you now own those movies forever.

Streaming is low quality, but people using $300 Vizio TVs from Walmart wont notice. And eventually the movies get removed or recombined abd you lose access to them. Happened to me with my Ultraviolet, Vudu, and now Movies Anywhere libraries. Disk and local digital copies are the way to go if you care about quality.

How is the customer service at Gruv? I just accidentally placed an order and reached out to them via email Customer Service (10 minutes after placing the order) to cancel the order and they ignored my email and shipped the order...

I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, especially from a first time buyer.
