also prepaid cards may be like cash , and not protected at all by amex?

my one claim to amex in my lifetime was not a good experience, they didnt stand behind a scam sale of a phone device.

can a saved offer disappear from saved offers tab? (if too many already used it for example?)

Spoke w amex, they said if it was saved, all need to do is use it, even if not showing. will try.
They gave no explanation how a saved offer can not show any more on saved.

If you have such experience, please share.
