I don't know why they never include 21mm. I get it, it's a bit too big for 3/8. But I do have a 3/8 21mm socket that I use with my 3/8 M12 impact wrench and it works great for lug nuts.

Which one?
These are best suited for use with an impact wrench, but you could use them with an impact driver or even hand tools.

I have a sunex master set with similar range that is posted semi annually for less $, but these do seem nicer (for those that care): more legible markings, far better case if you won't just keep them in a toolbox etc. Will not "bite", but if I was in the market for a set, I think I would.
I don't think many 3/8 sets go at 21mm or more. they typically stop at 19mm/~3/4". Above that, they want you to go to 1/2 drive. You can get individual sockets tho...

it is good to see more and more American manufactures move away from that.
If it's 3/8

Companies conveniently keep bundling SAE sockets in sets that people will never use...I think I never use any of my SAE sockets other than the 3/4" on my hitch bolts (in coordination with the 19 on the other side/nut) and the random 1/2" idiots spec on Chinese garage ceiling storage racks...
Or an impact adapter to go between sizes. It comes with an adapter for hex drive impact to 3/8" tools so I assume the 12v could use this no prob. Not the beefiest tool to run these though.
