Just wait 2-3 months after the release, see if it's a hit or flop, and you'll still most likely get the game for half the price. I have been previously burnt jumping on these pre-orders and I will never make the same mistake again. And, to add insult to the consumers, they are charging almost $100 for just a digital copy? Where are the physical box and all the other goodies like in those old days? For the digital game (for not having physical copies, no production, shipping, and stocking fee for them), their asking price is outrageous.

It's not "next" gen, it's "current" gen. PS5 and Xbox Series X are current gen. PS4/Xbox One are last gen.

Aren't Black Friday pricing excluded from price adjustments? Though you could return it and buy at lower price.
