Just had a horrible experience with them. Submitted an order and realized I used my old address I just moved from as my shipping address for ebay. Immediately requested cancelation and sent a message to request the cancelation and to reorder. They responded back and said no guarantee because they ship fast. At the same time they sent that message they decline my cancelation and created the shipping label. Next message said they can do anything and the shipping company would have to fix it or it will just go to the wrong address. After three calls to ups they finally agreed to mark it return to sender. Completely my mistake for putting the wrong address in but no customer service at all. There is no way in hell they mailed it in 2 minutes after I messaged them. I would stay away from them based on the experience I just had, the several messages I received from them, and the lack of any effort to even try and help me.

Many ebay sellers dropship things, so it's not about them mailing it, once it goes into the system it automatically creates a shipping label, etc. Many companies are like this these days.

I have the previous gen and I love it. Battery life is insane. The only complaint I have is that the touchpad doesn't work well unless the laptop is on a flat surface. When I use it on my lap, the body seems to flex enough to make clicking inconsistent.
