Unless it infuses enamel or porcelain onto the teeth. I don't see how it cannot be more than a marketing ploy.

Not quite repair, but it's like of like a short term repair that has significant long term positives. As someone who has everything seem to stick to my teeth and have sensitivity issues it's been a god send.
