This is Apple product, discontinued, from 2010, so probably leftovers from a warehouse somewhere and Woot is not authorised retailer for it?
MJ2R2LL/A was discontinued over a year ago (the white one in this thread), is $79 "renewed" on Amazon.
MC380LL/A (the silver one) discontinued 7 years ago and is in the $20-30 range on eBay. NB: this takes batteries and is not rechargeable like the others
At this point I doubt Apple even has replacements for it anymore. EOL more than half a decade.
The current model is MK2D3AM/A. It's rounder. For reference, it's about $114 new.
I'm using the MJ2R2LL/A to work on my computer right now, and have a MC380LL/A as a backup sitting nearby.
These track pads are GREAT and have completely replaced a mouse for my work and personal use. The size is perfect for working at a cramped desk (my home office) and the multi-touch controls are superb and easier to use than a scroll wheel or any of the other random buttons and controls you get on higher-end mouses.
The only real difference between the MJ2R2LL/A and the "current" version is slightly rounder corners and that it comes with a braided cable. Functionally the two white-topped track pads are identical.

"Apple Magic Trackpad Compatible with Apple Mac Desktop Computer"
"Warranty: 90 Day Woot Limited Warranty"
So does this mean this is not an apple product eligible for 1 year Apple warranty?
Is this refurbished? or OEM?

I have to disagree with this. The older MC380LL doesn't work well for me anymore in a modern context (slow polling rate?), and that's me using it on a 2021 MacBook Pro. Additionally, the way this old model does the clicking is subpar because it's mechanical and built into the 2 front feet, so different pressure is required based on how far away your finger is from that edge. The only things nicer about the old model are the angle and the fact that it uses AA batteries. I don't suggest that anyone buy the 2010 model in 2022.
Have you tried to see if they work using universal control between the latest generation M1/M2 Macs/iPads (not listed in compatibility specs)?

You're talking about the silver model, which I agree is inferior and only keep as a backup since it's not worth selling. My positive comments are referring primarily to the first of the white track pads, which is also included in this sale.
Serious question - for what use cases/scenarios is a separate trackpad more advantageous than a mouse or graphics tablet?
When you're using a desktop computer or a laptop on a stand and connected to external monitors. Trackpads are much faster and more efficient than mice once you've adjusted to using them.
