True, that's why I suggested free store pickup. However, I do understand this is a YMMV deal, not available at all stores. (It's available near me, but that may not help you.)

Picked this up, and quality is as expected for this price. The sharpener isn't sharp enough, and the wood is flaky. So it just feels very down market ... but guess for $2, its ok. Just want people to temper their expectations.

They don't roll and they are harder to lose, fit nicer in the pocket. I'm far from a carpenter but that's why I like em. Didn't realise sharpeners exist, I've always used whatever knife is closest.

I use them because it makes me feel like a "Man", especially when I'm using my angle grinder, sawzall or hammer drill. /S

Yea the sharpener is the utility knife in the leg pocket of your work pants next to this pencil.
