I just read their ToS.
Capital One will deposit the bonus into your account within 60 days after you have completed all the requirements above, including fulfilling the 90-day holding period

It was 2.35 when started but now it's 3.3%. I am not complaining 😀😀
The day you make deposit. The clearing period is not part of the 15 days. Even if you deposit on the 14th day and the clearing takes another 10 days, you are still within the 15daya rule. That's what the customer service told me when I opened the account
