It being completely 12pt could be handy if you are building out a complete tool box, in which case most universal kits are 6pt and this would give you each socket rail for $10ish vs $25-45 which is a good deal, may need to fill in some sizes though compared to buying individual rails but typically they are less common sizes/overlapping sizes and you'll still probably come out ahead on price.
compared to a old craftsman 260pc set for $160 yeah this seems expensive. except the broaching on the craftsman sucked and if you are now at the point at wobble extensions or friction anvils on your cordless tools you'll undoubtedly wish you bought higher quality junk.
I picked this or a very similar set last year for under $200 (maybe $150 after Christmas sale)
