Have you used this? I got it on clearance at target for about $80 and it's been the best headset I've used for the PS5 so far. Reviews are also great and speak the same.

WHAT!?! SteelSeries is a Danish brand. they sell them on all of the retailer's websites, and from them directly. The quality and comfort of these are amazing. I think you are either confused or something.

SteelSeries has terrible customer service. I purchased last year through their website. The left driver was very faint regardless of volume. Going through customer service they wouldn't get back to me in a timely fashion and when they did they were dragging their feet. I finally just submitted a claim with PayPal to get my money back and threw them in the trash.

Should be fine ordering through amazon at least if you have immediate problems. Might want to use a cc which has extended warranty. They were comfortable, I just can't comment about quality other than receiving a lemon with bad CS experience.

Yeah I also got these from the Target deal and very happy with the purchase. I actually got the old model and the Audeze Penrose last year and decided to go with the Penrose, especially when the price difference wasn't that much. However I've had some slight issues with those and when I was able to get these for half price they seemed like a much better value. Very comfortable and work great with PS5.
