It's all conjecture until you put empirical price per oz data to use. Note that mixed chocolate fun sized bulk candy at Walmart is running at least 26 cents per oz this season. Candy prices have increased at the highest levels since the Consumer Price Index began capturing this data.

Something like this is 26 cents/oz at Walmart:

It's such an insane PITA to get Walgreens "Deals" to work, and then they say it's ready for pickup, you show up to the store, and they cancelled half of your order lol. I've even had them tell me to come pickup, I get there they say 90% of my order was cancelled, except I can go walk the shelves and find the exact same items I ordered.

I'm not sure if Walgreens is still paying Slickdeals money to get their "Deals" boosted to the frontpage, but IMO whenever I see Walgreens I think SKIP.

Save your time and sanity!

Some people like something other than butter finger, and it's definitely not cheaper on the Walmart website, so you'd have to actually go inside a Walmart..

Also, this close to Halloween, I doubt there's a better deal around, especially with the added 10% coupon.

The 150 piece bag from Costco is just my default every year. 20 cents an ounce and it's a mix of like 10 different things from different brands: M&M Mars/Hershey/Ferrero. All good stuff, no minis, and no crap like a plain Hershey bar.

the math noted in this deal is always wrong. In Houston these start at $4.99 , so no way will ever be $3-something for 2
