This phone was great at 450. At 300? Unless you're already an iPhone user, this is the best Android experience bar none. (well, except the 7 and 7 Pro)

Wow, seems like a great price for a very feature rich phone. Especially unlocked without any carrier activation restrictions.

I've had it since the trade-in deal in July and I gotta say: it's the most frustrating phone I've ever had. It does seem like the fingerprint reader has gotten better but it fails at least 10% of the time.

In terms of "the best Android experience" - I have had a galaxy s3, s4, lg g4, moto x4, pixel 3, and pixel 3a. This is the first phone to seriously make me consider trying something other than android. Playing youtube music with the pixel buds the songs glitch or stop for no reason, I'm constantly bombarded by irrelevant notifications despite turning them off every chance I get, the transfer of text messages from my pixel 3a was horribly botched, and the software is just plain buggy. Here's just one example: I told it to navigate to a store, and it notified me that the store was closed. But the closed alert covered the button to stop navigation with no way to dismiss it, the only way to exit out was to kill google maps.

The camera quality seems good but I do struggle to get good results with advanced settings like spot focus and metering that I never had problems with before.

Even for $170 after trade in I wish I kept my pixel 3a and waited for a better phone.

Appreciate the info. I had a 3a and upgraded to a 5 because of a good deal. I always liked the "A's" because of their smaller size. Happy with the 5...but wondering about the 7

I usually get the As too. No need to spend that extra buck for almost nothing incremental for me. Have a 7 now and liking it.

Google is really desperate to unload the 6as and 7s.

Minus the horrible battery life and no more security or OS updates.

Horrible price for a 3+ year old phone that isn't getting software support anymore, and had poor battery life when it was new - imagine how bad it is now.

Free space heating and a phone that only sometimes works is a great deal!
The 6a doesn't have the issues that plagued the P6 and P6P. The recent Android 13 update also fixed a lot of issues on the latter 2. This is a good deal if you didn't get in on the P7 deal.

If I absolutely had to have a pixel and could wait, I'd wait until black Friday and see what deals there were on the 7.

Don't get the 7 unless you don't care about 32 bit app support. Lots of programs I use are still on 32bit and it has 0 support where all snapdragon phones and pixel 6a still has support
