The closest Meijer had a somewhat limited selection, but I picked up four sets off my wish list at 30 percent off. I was tempted to pick up three of the castle sets to do a larger build, but I know I wouldn't get around to it anytime soon.

Order online for pickup and use the 30% coupon to get sets at nearly 60% off. Go to the coupon page, type "30" in the search box and you should see a 30% off toys coupon to clip. Also $15 of $75+ for the 1st 3 orders on the app/online.

When I was trying to find some stuff in stock - for some reason some stores did not have the pre-coupon 30% sale. You may have to try different stores to see which 1) have what you want in stock and 2) have the pre-coupon discount (you will see the 'see price in cart' message on items if the store has the sale)

Once I found a store where they were in stock and on sale - both discounts were shown in my cart

They changed something in the system. One of the items I ordered wasn't in stock when I went to pick up just now, so I tried to get it at a different store. Prices are back to a normal level now. Well, it was fun while it lasted.

Nevermind: coupon is 1 time use so if your store is OOS, you're out of luck to try another store.

Yes this is a local deal for the Midwest tri-state area. Meijer deals have always been that way.

Weird, I was able to use it again...first store canceled two items of the 6, so I ordered from another store and got the same price

I was able to place orders for some Star Wars Lego helmets and the child. Usually they aren't marked down much but this made it 50% off. We will see if the stores can follow through. I ordered from two separate stores. Thanks!
