BB has been trying to offload that TV at that price point for weeks. It's been that price with their free membership for a while. Rtings review isn't great

These TVs are junk. They have light bleeding and clouding in the corners. Poor black uniformity and contrast. 2 HDMI ports (which is absurd). The list goes on. Also, "Crystal" is nothing but marketing. Crystal refers to the processor, but they make you think it has to do with the display technology. It's not a new type of display. This is size over quality. There's no such thing as a good TV, this big, for this cheap. Not even at the original price.

It allows you to be able to play cloud games directly on the TV. As far as I know, it's the only tv platform that you can play Game Pass Ultimate cloud games on and you don't need an Xbox.

Unfortunately no it does not. Seems only their higher-end models have them (QLED, OLED, etc.)

Someone in the questions area on the Samsung TV said to buy the TCL instead. Maybe I'll just wait for a TCL deal.

That model is a 2021, this model is a 2022. I spec'd out 3 Samsung's at WM last week in preparation for getting something soon, the 65" @ $498, 70" @ $627, and 75" @ $798. They're mostly 2020's....I jumped on this one.

Model year doesn't mean much by itself. Similar model of this TV scored pretty poorly on Rtings so the $580 here only gets you the Samsung name as other budget brands scored same for less $$

Costco would still be better bet as 5 years warranty would be included. They have 65 inch tv in sell for 499.99. https://www.costco.com/.product.1...river_sm65. They should come up with 75 inch tv sell soon

Some may think manuf. year doesn't matter, but that one is a 2020 - I just can't do it when here is a 2022. Costco you need a membership so the buying pool is smaller and it's a "member bonus" 3yr warranty. Kinda doesn't compare to this deal as we're not talking apples to apples and it's a "wish" for the 75 to come through with them...
