Or even better... just high trade values and a bigger discount on the S8+?
My only thought is whether there will be a better deal next month or is it worth it to just take the enhanced trade in now that pays out same price for cracked devices. Total price for me is coming out to $237 + tax.
Any thoughts?
Total was -$13.
Yes, they paid me $13 to buy the tab S8.
I dont think its worth the upgrade.

Jocallagil, how did you to that trade-in process? I'm in the same boat with an iPad Air 2. I was waiting on a Black Friday deal (like another person mentioned) but seeing the trade-in offers on older tablets getting reduced makes me think the time to make a move is now.
How long did the entire process take? I ask since I can trade in the iPad Air 2 for $275 off the S7 FE, but I'm not sure if I would have enough to turn around and trade in the S7 FE for one of the S8 models.
For anyone reading this with an older iPad model, I would trade it in for the S7 FE. At worst you have a more modern tablet with a bigger screen. And at best, you can see what trade-in deals Smasung is running in the coming weeks and possibly trade the S7 FE in for an S8 variant. I would guess the older iPad trade-in value will drop more than the S7 FE in the coming weeks which makes getting the S7 FE deal now even more advantageous.

Also, why pay extra for 256 gb when you can just add an SD card later if you need more storage.

This is equivalent to the best deal when I traded my S6 for the S7 a couple years ago.
Samsung trade in will take $500 for it, but I'm not sure if they will accept my tablet. Anyone had this experience?
