From there they redirect me to SAMSUNG DIRECT which they were able to resend me the eCertificates via email (I never received it the first time). Hope this helps.

The Order online does not have a "print label" link as described in Samsung's FAQ.
Status of trade-in line item in the order shows "CREATED"
If I click the diagonal arrows on the trad-in line item it opens a new blank tab with "about:blank#blocked"
Support chat just sends me back to the orders page.
I tried several browsers.
This is my first trade-in with Samsung. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?
Any suggestions on how/where to send my trade-in?
