Isn't this the same phone QVC is selling for $67 less? And that one comes with a year of service. It's only locked to TracFone for 60 days. Looks like the price on that is up to $99 now, but the point stands.

Is it a deal at $150 unlocked? I figured most people shopping for a cheap phone like this will want the free service.

I have the phone from the last time they were on sale. It's nice. I wish it was a little smaller; but for $80, who cares! Don't use a stylus, but this was the Moto G phone to get in 2021. The Power was dumbed down to a 720p screen and worse cameras.

unlocked(carrier) and unlockable bootloader(security feature on phone) are two completely different things and probably has nothing to do with jeff bezos. It would be unusual to have a carrier branded device to have an unlockable bootloader in the USA because Mericuh

The QVC phone is not on the AT&T Whitelist sheet, while this phone is. It should not be surprising that greater functionality costs more. Of course, if all you use is T-Mobile, then your advised choice would be the most frugal option.

Xfinity Mobile don't support it either, but it works fine (just like it does on Verizon). Some of the MVNO's simply have a restricted list of models they choose to officially support.
