I got this last year for around the same price for damaged box but it was brand new when I got it.

The cushions start to pill somewhat after about 6 months and the foam loses a lot of the firmness around the same time too and I start sinking into the seat. Sometime in the few months I also sat on it and hear a crack so some piece of the inner frame probably cracked but I don't really notice a difference in functionality or usability so far.

I'm under 180lbs so it's not an overweight issue. Just be weary if you're heavier or have kids that jump and throw themselves onto the couch.

Overall it's an affordable couch that looks good but if you're going to be spending a significant amount of time on it, I would get something sturdier.

I am sitting on this right now. I hate it. It's better than getting bed bugs from a used couch from FB marketplace but that's about it. I am ready to throw it in a dumpster but I feel bad for making the trash.

It said "FREE Inside Entryway delivery" but there's no where in the order confirmation that its entry way delivery, how can you guys be sure this is the case?

These are the options I have: Does the FREE, Scheduled Delivery mean Inside Entryway?

When I purchased this 3 weeks ago, the deluxe delivery was free as part of prime. Two guys brought the boxed couch in, took everything out, screwed in the legs and removed the packaging. Considering it was free, I think it was a great benefit. That being said, I dont think it would be hard to unbox it yourself. The couch itself is small and pretty light. I would only purchase it for a small apartment.

What I'm wondering as well. I read the arms are 5" wide so you have 70" of usable space. It's right on the edge for me (5' 11")

FWIW, I contacted support after I bought this to ask them if I could do 'Front Door' delivery even if my 'Front Door' was on the 3rd floor of an apartment complex. He told me I needed to select the 'Room of Choice' option for an apartment delivery. I paid the extra 20 bucks just to not have to deal with any delivery issues and they'll just drop it right where I want it.

The box is the length height and width of the couch base without the ottoman and legs. Its pretty light and I was able to push it to my living room myself.

Agree, threw my couch out because it was peeling bonded leather and replacing it for around this price is difficult unless you want used. I'm paranoid about bed bugs to get a random person's sofa. I'll probably skip this because the color but I still thinking about it.
