To anyone also interested in these strictly as a case fan: you can get a 5 pack of arctic p14's right now for about 33.25. that comes out to about 6.65 per fan, and you likely won't have more fans than that running in your case at any given time anyway. arctic p14's are going to be way quieter than these for passive cooling. unless you very specifically need a RADIATOR fan replacement, don't bother with this. and even if you are, there are better selections out there.
Per reviews: these are non threaded radiator fans. Doesn't come with screws. Need to find your own screws to mount to case. Heads up.
These have been this price for months. They're a pain in the butt to find the right screws for and are unbearably loud at full rpm. That being said this is a good deal.

Reviews also say typical fan screws don't fit. Bit of a hassle and extra hardware/workaround makes it slightly less of a deal, unless you already have everything needed.

Bought these months ago. Yeah no screws. I ended up using zip ties.

I have been looking for a solution to cool an array of laptops. Know of any practical solutions for this? Current plan is to create a diy rack to place them hinge-side down and atttach couple of fans at the bottom of the rack. Would these work for the same? Can I power these without a modular power supply?

Doesn't look like they can be daisy chained without a fan splitter cable or fan hub. Can someone confirm?

search for: usb to 3/4-pin pwm 5v usb sleeved fan power adapter cable

They are on eBay Amazon and others. You need older usb A connector on laptop. There are some for connecting two fans to one usb. I have used them to cool routers because I have a lot of extra fans from building pc.

After reading the reviews, I came to the same conclusion. Extra hardware for mounting these on a case make this less than ideal.

Pfffffffft. I'll have you know that I have 11 case fans running at full speed all the time.

These are not really case fans. The case fan version is ARE F and they are $19. Amazon always does a shitty job mixing up descriptions.
