Edit: looking more about half are HD.
As I understand it, the move here is to purchase the bundle via iTunes, that way if iTunes ever does upgrade Bride of Frankenstein to 4K (which seems like a possibility, as a 4K version exists on Vudu), then that upgrade gets applied automatically to your item in iTunes, which then passes the upgrade to Vudu via MA.
