This will run it. I just bought the XP13000EH and having a plug and transfer switch installed. Mine will support my entire house which includes a heat pump, pool pump, two refrigerators, large stand up freezer, hot water heater and a well pump (we are not on city water). I plan on getting a 100 lbs propane tank and not use gas to avoid the aging of gas issue and associated maintenance with that.

Great deal on whole house type of generator. Reminder that generators are most efficient at 50%-75% rated running/stable load, so using this to power a refrigerators or a few appliances isn't the best use case.

This doesn't have the CO Sensor but do you need it if you are only running this outside?

I have a similar pulsar generator and use 20lb tank at times without issues (short duration outages).
