Why the thumbs down? For $176 it doesn't seem like a bad deal to me. An extra 8gb of RAM and it seems like a good basic home PC as long as you can live with the small hard drive capacity. Can install an extra storage drive if needed.

This is definitely a good deal. This processor performs great at this price. It's cpu benchmark is around 8790. That's higher than an i7 7700. Also, after coupon this was recently around 205 and I considered buying it then. I ended up getting super lucky on another used pc but if I hadn't I would be buying this right now.

Nice system seems to have a dvd as well. Easy to add or upgrade disk and memory. Adding third monitor is iffy with two hdmi ports.

Bought this in June on a previous slickdeal for $205 to replace a 10+ year old desktop. No issues so far, upgraded to windows 11, added 8Gb of ram and a 1Gb hard drive for extra storage from the computer it replaced. Kids use it for basic gaming/homework with no complaints.

Don't need a desktop as have a similar Acer, maybe 2 years old, however, if I did, I'd certainly buy this sucker as all I do is surf the web/email. Repped.
