Once you get the wheel off, measure its diameter, width (which is typically not a problem as skating wheels are usually thinner) and more critically the axle diameter. Look for skating wheels with that inner diameter to fit the axle and the overall diameter so they can fit any recessed space for the wheels. The wheels come in a few standard dimensions, so get the closest one. You may have to try a few different ones from the local sports store, they are very inexpensive and built to withstand human adult weight. Amazon has a lot of vendors for replacement skating wheels but hard to judge quality sight unseen. May have to order a few until you find one that works. Alternatively, you can take the wheel assembly to a local skate repair shop if there is one and they will likely help you find the right fit.
IMO, skating wheels also tend to be quieter and smoother than the original. Occasionally, drop some Wd-40 and then some sewing oil to remove any gunk build up.
The best deals for TravelPro are the frequent clearance sales in department stores most of whom have the same models with different custom model names. Nordstrom Rack, Macy's, Bloomingdales, etc. I have usually paid between $100-$150 for these at such clearances. Of course, it doesn't work if you wait until you need it very quickly.
