Some great deals here. I especially want to call out Salt & Sanctuary which is essentially a 2D Dark Souls (even more so than Hollow Knight). If you like Metroidvanias and can deal with Soulslike, it's a steal for this price.

Valkyria Chronicles is also an interesting game. If anyone remembers General Chaos from the Genesis, it's kind of a modern take on that concept.

That is an absolute steal for Hotshot Racing. That game is so much fun, especially if you have a group of friends to play it with. I've put in well over 60 hours on this game and it's multiple fun modes online with friends.

FYI: The listed Borderlands 3 is probably the least desirable version. The upgrades over the standard version are purely cosmetic and about $4, iirc.

Reg edition is $13.XX while the ultimate edition is $32.xx and includes all additional content.

Never seen someone compare this to General Chaos. I have limited experience with Valkyria Chronicles (PS3 demo back in the day), but aren't they pretty different? General Chaos is real-time and chaotic (lives up to the name!). Chronicles is turn-based strategy. Sure, I guess they're similar if you're just saying they have "war" themes, but gameplay doesn't seem comparable.

It's definitely not an exact match (I mean the games are several generations apart), but there are some shared similarities. In both games you choose small squads of specialized soldiers (i.e. those with guns, rockets, medics, etc.) and are put in fixed scenarios against similar squads. While VC is technically turn based, the turns are live action (i.e. you're being fired upon as you move your character, etc.). I would love to see a true modern take on GC, but in my opinion VC definitely has some similarities.

No, the naming is just weird. They released an update to the game with extra content. The big boss "DLC" isn't a separate download; it's part of the updated game.

The full game is on sale for $1.99.

i'm definately going to check out Salt and Sancuary for $3.

skip the dunkin this afternoon, and it pays for itself.

i just need to finish God of War first. (be nice, i have 4 kids and normally 4-5 years behind games and JUST got my PS4 a few months ago)

Even though it's not a "NEW" deal perse, the Yakuza Remastered Collection is a no brainer for that price also. You'd be hard pressed to find a better, longer gaming experience for $14 anywhere.

The Ascent was a cool cyberpunk type twin stick shooter. I paid $25, $15 is good deal. Skip the add on DLC Heist mission it's not great.

Alex Kidd in Miracle World DX for $6.99 is decent. Paid almost $20 for it on Switch. Fun game with somewhat of a challenge to it.

Jedi Fall Order for $6 looks like a heck of a good deal. And the sequel is supposed to drop in 2023 iirc. Also the story is canon in the Star Wars Universe if that's your thing.
