Just got approved and setup autopay at my rental company website using account and routing number. Any idea how to setup autopay for Bilt statement? Somehow unable to see autopay setup options (not for rent payment).

Not true. For companies that aren't directly tied up they will mail a paper check.

I tried at wellsfargo site (on mobile), only saw one time payment. Will check again once statement is generated.
This works if your landlord takes paper checks.
I know one situation where a landlord takes rent payment via zillow, and bilt doesn't work for that at all right now--though supposedly if you contact them they will offer to credit you points anyway if you send them a screen shot of your paying via zillow using normal non-bilt payment methods....which is great customer service I guess but a weird business model.

I haven't used Zillow to pay rent, but if you can configure payment to pull from a checking account, you can definitely use this card, it comes with a checking and routing numbers

I use apartment.com online portal to pay my rent to my landlord
What about if you have your house under an LLC?

Yes you do get points for mortgage payments. This is an old FAQ and also they do not advertise this. Who knows, they might change their stance in the future, but for now it works.
