Please be careful about when it says Rent Payments. Only specific rental companies are covered in it.Triple Check with your rental company if they accept it.
Cash back on rent, I've been waiting for someone like this. It worked with my apartment's payment portal just fine so no complaints just yet. Rent is my biggest expense so even just 1% back in the form of points matters to me.
It works with my HOA too. Great credit card forever.

nothing good last forever. ive been using it since the beginning but i suspect when this scheme comes to an end, it will do so in spectacular fashion. people are greedy and eventually this card will cut back on point, install "minimums"....a whole bunch of bad things they can do....and will. count on it!
this says its 100k max points now..... "...per $1 spent on rent paid through the Bilt App with your card account up to a maximum of One Hundred Thousand (100,000) points each calendar year. If your rent payment is less than $250, you will earn 250 points for that rent payment. Only one rent payment to one property ...."
Where could you find rent payment less than $250 in 2023? A room in basement couldn't that cheap.

So to reach the 100k points each year, does that mean your rent will need to be at least $8,333.33 a month?
Do they have BILT cards for business owners who pays rent for their business?
Not true at all.
You get a routing number and an account number and can either mail a check to your rental company, or provide the rounting/account number like a check to your online bill pay system.
I got a bilt card in April, so feel free to ask me any questions, def worth it for all the free points, and I got a bunch of referrals, so got a bonus 50k points too.
I just won't carry a balance on it.
How does this work if theirs no rental company?
Paying directly to the owner.

Paying directly to the owner.
If your landlord doesn't have a rental portal, then you can have Bilt mail them a check. Be aware it takes 10-14 business days for the check to arrive, so plan accordingly.

Mine only takes payment via Zillow (which Bilt does not work for making payments through)

Had anyone used this CC to pay for T-Mobile via routing and account number in order to keep the auto pay discount?
