Another day. Another all time low price drop on a midrange video card. These aren't going down and then bouncing back up. They are only continuing to go down. Wait if you aren't needing one now. Buy this if you need one now.

Which card should I be waiting for if I want to be able to play 1440p 144hz games at max settings, along with the top VR games? I currently have a gtx1060 6gb and it's struggling (paired with i5 12400 and 16gb ddr4). Halflife alyx ran like crap with my quest 2.

i cant comment on 1440p but I found this chart very helpful for quick comparisons between generations/brands

I'm biting on something BF. Need to upgrade my 970Ti and maybe make use of 4k monitors. Hopefully the 6800+ or 3070+ drops decently within 30 days.
