May be they are counting the bit set.
After looking further Lowe's descriptions are lacking clarity. Title says 2 batteries but description says 1.
1800 inch/lbs = 150ft/lbs of torque, Bosch customer service looked very responsive in the review section to any issues people noted.

It's the Gen 2 Freak. And at this price, I'd be certain that there isn't a hammer drill in the deal.

After hours on the phone, They gave me a 10% coupon that I was not able to use in store because of all the restrictions.
Needless to say, I aven't shopped their store since.
