I bought GE 50 pint dehumidifier this summer. very noisy and more expensive. This one looks smaller.

bought this last go around. its a nice unit. does a good job in my 2400 sq foot basement. though I'm considering adding a 2nd just to help load balance the one unit. Don't know yet

Is it relatively quiet? I have one I like just fine and works great but get sick of listening to it.

It is not. It's not terribly loud, but i would not classify it as quiet though
