Save your money and get a ergonomic chair. The Hyken or dexley from staples go on sale every now and then. I just bought the hyken for $140 a few weeks ago and it's decent for what it is.

Bonded leather = 2 years or less before it starts shredding and shedding. Fabric or mesh is more practical but might cost a little more.

I have both. One is skinnier than the other. I prefer the wide one so my arms are not tucked in. Had a gaming chair once and it was hands down the worse computer chair I ever owned. Plus all mesh means you stay cooler during the summer.

Had this one before I liked it but the wheel part broke on me after about a year but I am over the weight limit so I'm pleasantly surprised it lasted almost a year. It's super comfy and you aren't getting anything better at this price.

it looks identical, so probably made by the same company... but yours has a $20 delivery fee, still making it more expensive (Walmart's is free)

It's worth buying now and returning if needed if something comes a long better for black friday. Right now Walmart's return policy goes till January 31st.

Been looking for a new chair for my son for Christmas.

About as much as these chairs are worth. They are great for posting pics on the battlestation subreddit but crap to sit on for a long time. Looks cool enough for your son's/daughter's gaming station.

I had these at my last workplace, after about 30 minutes they start to get super uncomfortable. There are very few things in this world where I would spend alot to get something decent, and a chair is one of them. This thing will wreck your back and butt.

Are there any office chairs with the height of a gaming chair? I find office chairs comfortable but they all seem so much lower when trying to game with my desk.

I have to +1 on the Hyken chair for around $140. Most comfortable chair I've ever had. used a gaming chair but it was uncomfortable for long term use and that was pricier than this one. All of them are from the same few factories that manufacture them and just look cool. But racing seats should be for cars with G-force not sedentary shoulder pinning. That's just bad posture.

Sorry for the dumb question. But is Hyken a brand or style of chair? I concur with the other posters saying that gaming chairs become very uncomfortable after prolonged sittings. I have the Respawn gaming chair and the padding on the actual seat loses it's puffiness/softness and eventually feels like youre sitting on a wooden chair. Also the bonded leather has started to tear on both the armrests. I've had my chair for about 2 years now and I need to get a new one. The chairs we have at our office are all mesh seat + back and have a padded, adjustable headrest. It's so comfortable. However, those chairs cost close to $1K. I cant afford that. Can anyone provide a link for a good, affordable all mesh chair?

250lbs limit according to Amazon which seems to be the same chair. So if you have some weight you might wanna look elsewhere for a chair.
