American Express looks like they're running the 150k sign up bonus again. They've run this promotion a few times in the past, and it's the largest sign up bonus they offer. There was a little disclaimer on the site warning that the deal may not persist, so YMMV in the title just in case. If the deal doesn't show up for you, try an incognito window. Some users have reported that it will eventually show if you just keep starting new sessions. Be sure to close entirely out of incognito each time to ensure you're starting a new session.

Edit: My bad for not including it the first time through, but this is a premium card that comes with a premium annual fee of $695. The perks will more than pay for it, but you'll have to make sure to use them. Here are the yearly credits that Amex offers with the card.
$200 credit for Hotels
$200 credit for Uber
$200 credit for Flights
$240 credit for Digital Entertainment (Disney+ bundle, Audible, Peacock, SiriusXM or NYT)
$100 for Global entry or TSA pre check
$189 credit for CLEAR airport security check
$100 credit for Saks department stores
$155 credit for Walmart+
$300 credit for Equinox memberships
If you're a crazy person that some how manages to use all of these - it's $1684 worth of credits, nearly $1000 more than the annual fee. However even sane people can easily cover the $695 just by traveling as you normally would.
Pro tip for the $100 Saks credit. Amex gives $50 credit for the first half of the year and another $50 for the second half. You can just go and buy a $50 gift card each time the credit refreshes until you have enough for a big ticket item.
