They're made out of highly durable resin. They won't crumble from sitting out in the sun for a decade and strong enough to stand on.

I bought the Ridgid 1.0 set last year for $99 and was surprised it wasn't cheap plastic junk. It's heavy as heck when empty. This dewalt set is supposed to be even tougher.

I have used this set for a year now and find it very tough. I even had a box fall out of my truck from a 6' height onto concrete and it just had scratches. The power tools inside were OK.

You can stand on them but I would recommend a ladder instead.

They do also have a lifetime warranty.

I want something like this but all the storage systems seem like overpriced cheap plastic junk. I feel like for $200-$300 we should atleast get rubber inflatable wheels, a metal frame to protect the boxes, and the ability to get to the middle or lower boxes without removing the top boxes.

Woah that's a good price considering the new Ridgid 2.0 set is only discounted to $170 this year.

I have rigid tools but last year wanted a good storage system and researched the options.

I found Milwaukee the best but the deal they offered on Dewalt last year (similar to this year) the second best Dewalt is what I invested in.

This is the best starter set. In the last year I've added to my tough system and have found it a great storage option in my garage and a breeze to take my tools mobile.

I have both. Dewalt's stackable deep and shallow tool tray is really a thing that Dewalt has thought out of the box. I even put a few tays in the packout to get accessories organized.

I have Bosch lbox , systainers, Rigid and DeWalt.
Dewalts is the only one that will fit a 24" crow bar. Its general overall sizing works good for makeshift saw horses, though that applies to almost everything else as well. Circular saws are the most annoying, nothing is really designed for it. The hole hawg if I recall doesn't fit in the Milwaukee smalls but will fit in certain dewalt small (no top lid organizer )
The roller is my least used box. At least in gen 1, the handle doesn't retract to be flush. The Rigid did.

If you're looking for a bit more quality, Milwaukee has their packout set on sale as well. https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/763075

You may not care, but it's also nice to see that Milwaukee is currently still expanding and building more Mfg and distribution centers here in the states instead of outsourcing. Something I'd love to support with my purchases.

The 3 pc set was down to $139 on 10/24 at HD. I was debating on getting the Milwaukee set for $219 or Ridgid and opted for Ridgid as I won't be taking it out often. I've the Ridgid 1.0 set and have to say the 2.0 has improved with the handle being more stable and the larger wheels is now set on the outside and not a wheel well on the inside which provide more space inside. It would have been tough to choose if this deal was around a week ago.

Thanks. For some reason I didn't catch that. Thought the ad scans are all for 2022
