OP - there aren't really quality standards for "Sold by Amazon". The buyers are looking for competitive prices and that's pretty much it.

It's only 30 watts if you use both ports at the same time, otherwise it's 18 watts.

Seems a few KEYMOX products are deeply discounted. Here is a 30 watt car charger (probably 15w each port) for $4.33, also shipped and sold by Amazon.

It's over 2" on both sides so kind of bulky for being only capable of 18+12W. Price does still make it a good deal IF this has at least some safety qualifications that are real, regardless of price last thing one would want is to either expensive device charging circuits getting fried or worse the adapter catching on fire.
