In what universe is this dell a deal?

Also, most business are on SSF. This product make little sense unless it's significantly cheaper than a regular monitor plus SSF PC.
These units make a very nice and clean "exec"-class desktop when paired with the Dell 25" or 27" 4K monitors and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Not an Intel iMac, but as close as you're going to get in the PC world anymore.

You pick up another USB-C port (USB4) and better Intel Graphics processor. I know for the 7090 Ultra, class 40 drives come with the daughter board and are installed on the back. Class 35 drives come in the M.2 PCIe SSD-1 slot on the front. Probably the same for the 3090 Ultra.
Also, despite what Dell says, the SATA interface is not limited to 2TB. It is only limited to 2TB for plater based SATA drives. The SATA interface on the motherboard has been shown to support at least 4TB SSD drives. So you could set it up with an NVMe Drive for the OS and a larger 4TB SSD SATA drive for files. Personally, I wouldn't get it configured with their platter based SATA drives at all and just add your own after the fact with your own SATA drive or SSD SATA drive with the parts below. This will only work with the class 35 drives though. The daughter board is incompatible with use of a secondary SATA drive and the Class 40's are on the back attached to the daughter board.

Just avoid the Class 40 drives if you want a secondary SATA drive or think you may want to add one down the road though, as I mention above.
