This works on all Citicards, the caveat is that it can only be used on items sold by Amazon. If it's an item that is 'fulfilled' by Amazon, the code won't trigger. If it's something from a marketplace seller, it also won't trigger. That's why it's working for some people and not others.
Put a list of the cards here and whether or not it worked for your card. If something is in the 'No' section and it worked for you, or something is in the 'Yes' and it didn't work for you, then move it to the 'Maybe' section.

Citi Double Cash
No:
Citi Diamond Preferred
Citi Costco cards
Citi Prestige
Citi Custom Cash
Citi Rewards
Maybe:
Citi Premier (others reported it worked for them?) I have Prime if that factors in.
Citi Dividend Mastercard - Reported as yes for someone, but can't get it to work for me. I tried it on a FireStick--definitely sold and shipped by Amazon--and no go.

But I added a little something to my order so my other discounts weren't reduced.
Also, for those who it's not working, make sure you have the Citi card chosen as the payment. I didn't originally, and also got 'not eligible' for the $15 promo. Once I swapped payment to my Citi Custom Card, the promo was accepted. However, the $10 promo did not work for me.
