Too many pages to read but this worked for me tonight using a VAN linked to a citi cashrewards card. Item(s) have to be sold by amazon, FBA.

0/3 Tried Costco Citi, Custom Cash (1.5%), and Citi Double Cash (2%). None of them have an annual fee so that might be why.
